An extraordinary designer, Gwenaël Nicolas practises his craft like a director. As in the cinema, he develops a scenario by sketching out a set, until he has created a place to live in with emotions. Interior architecture, like cinema, is a perpetual interplay between space and light... Endowed with a constantly awakening curiosity and the ability to solve a delicate equation, his work is all about imprinting his signature while fitting it harmoniously into a precise framework.

 

Since Tokyo, Gwenaël Nicolas has blossomed and continued to shine around the world, designing luxury stores (Fendi, Vuitton, Moynat, Graff, Dolce & Gabanna...); furniture and accessory collections (Agape "SEN", the "Aima" (Espace) chair for Conde House, the "Seido" collection for Luxury Living, the Budri console in Italian marble for Fragments Collection... ), hotels and restaurants (Sorano Hotel and Jean-Georges Restaurant in Tokyo), with plans for the Pavillon Ruinart, the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair in London and the Four Seasons Hotel in Osaka). More than just an architecture and interior design agency, CURIOSITY has over the years become a hub for product and graphic design.
