Founded in 1947, the Arflex house has always displayed the same leitmotif: experimentation and avant-garde aesthetics. Gold Medal of the 9th Milan Triennial, Arflex began long years of collaboration with the new generation of Italian and international design and architecture from the 1950s to the 1990s, representing its spirit of independence and innovation, both both in form and in materials. While some of these timeless editions - veritable testimonies of the history of design - are now being reissued, Arflex remains nonetheless focused on the future and is constantly reinventing itself.

Today, the brand associates the signature of emblematic designers (BBPR, Franco Albani, Cini Boeri…) with figures of contemporary design such as Christophe Pillet, Claesson Koivisto Rune and Luca Nichetto… Arflex pieces have entered the collections of prestigious institutions around the world, such as MOMA in New York or the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.

In collaboration with the distributor Siltec , Arflex sets up its showroom in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, in October 2015! Designed by the interior design agency RMGB, the space, with generous volumes, bathed in natural light and a terrazzo-paved floor, presents the brand's cult pieces and new products.
Every year, Arflex presents its latest collections at the Milan Furniture Fair with a stand designed with their own scenography. The Italian house continues its collaboration with many designers such as: Claesson Koivisto Rune , Neri & Hu but also presents new projects like those of the designers Luca Nichetto and Studio Asai.
